Why I built this

I'm from a Tier 2 city, and English Talkie comes from a problem I've lived myself. I remember a job interview where I had the answer ready in Hindi, but the English words wouldn't come out.

Later I saw the same thing in my family, my friends and people I've worked with: smart, hardworking people who go quiet in English because they think in Hindi first and then translate.

How English Talkie helps

You see an everyday Hindi sentence and choose the English that people actually say. The wrong options are the mistakes we really make, like "I am having fever" or "Please remember me", so you learn to build the right sentence instead of spotting one familiar word.

No login, no heavy grammar. Just 10 sentences a day.

How every sentence is checked

First drafts are written with the help of AI. Then I read and check every sentence myself: the Hindi, the English and each wrong option. If a sentence doesn't sound natural, it doesn't go into the app.
